  :)In a democracy a constant changes at the Management level,  is an important issue to adjust and renew the important issues & politically,  related with the UNO as an Organisation with GLOBAL POPPULATION.
The present conditions with voting structures & Systems does not pass to the modern Global political democracy?  e.g.  The VETO rights are with only 5 of Security council members, thus  depriving the other members  their fundamental rights.  The correct would be all members of the Security council enjoy the EQUAL RIGHTS, which at this stage missing?. 
In additions, the CANDIDATES contesting the SEAT of Un`s GEN. Secretary with Executive power, shall contain an important matter as to the PRACTICING  RELIGION  &  respecting the other RELIGIONs.   (Deficit in the past,) ONLY Christians dominated, the UNO Important SEAT, til date, thus depriving the rights of the other GLOBAL Religion Poppulation.?.
UNO  being the Global Management Body,  The Important  SEATS cannot be restricted to only Industrial / Financial  Rich Countries, but GUARANTEE to the Underdeveloped and minorities should play an important role in the World politics and should be adopted in the UNOs CHARTA as early as possible to protect the Future generations. 
Equally the MINORITY RELIGION groups should be upgraded, thus providing them the feeling of EQUALLY treated "HUMAN-BEINGS",  in all aspects, which is missing at present.   There is no LAWS or rules that, if a POLITICIAN makes a mistake and the damages thus accrued are levied on the WORLD TAX PAYERS,  who are financing the UNO?.   The correct would be the DAMAGES / Financial losses thus developed through a wrong decisions shall / & should  be on the Person/ Persons or group of persons, Party etc.  responsible for such Decisions.
The Highest Executive SEATS are held for over a Decades & in many cases repeated candidature means for 20 years, than,  other & better candidates does not have the chance to participate in the WORLD POLITICS?.    As such all seats shall be for,  not over a period of 2 years & only one term for re-candidature.   Thus having  the chances of 191 members to participate in the World politics.    Alternatively 6 months Term for each country as in the case of EU  Management seats.      Besides The GOVERNMENT Employees are not entiteled to participate in the Elections of important Executive SEATS, Judges etc.  Thus giving a fair chance to others having More Dynamical energy un-biased  to deal with the World Politics.
The EMPLOYMENT in UNO too with unfair structures as such the participation of Global Candidates are deprived?    As such the PUBLICITY of vacant posts or New Posts be announced in the WORLD NEWS PAPERS, ELECTRONIC MEDIAS and Pvt. Interested Persons having no jacks at the Govt. Offices?.  Guarantee to the minority groups of the world population be made open?.
PARTICIPATION OF NON GOVT.PERSON/S.
At UNO at present is a tabu, as a matter of Govt issues. we have seen the results of such tack-ticks in the FOOD FOR OIL PROGRAMME?  As such it is urgently needed that, even a private Global person, be given an oppertunity to participate in the Global politics at UNO.    As the future in the Globalisation  the Global population have more effects than that, the so called Elected Representatives of a Nation who through the Party Colours dominated?. as such the opinion of the Govt. representative at the UNO may not be the real opinion of the People of a Nation? as the case to-day from Indian representative. f.e.g. in the FOOD for Oil Programme.   An Extra Committee may be established to deal with the Non Govt. interested participants which too be anchored in the Charta of UNO with due publicity at appropriate News Medias to participate in the World Politics & obtain a direct seats in the Committees who are NON-Politicians nor having links to the Political powers.
