SPECIAL EXECUTIVE MAJISTRATES
THE GLOBALISATION has given an oppertunity to Indians to work & Live abroad, thus the Indian Communitys growth in the 'World has increased 10 folds, than the past few years. Indian Technocrats / Computer experts Engineers, Physicians etc. are in high demand, in the future the nrs. will increase and also the need for special HELP as the deeds of SEM at Home, thus giving the oppertunity to Indians Living abroad an assistance & protecting from corruptions at the Mission office thinking well in advance.
Although the reasons are various but one reason is that, the Indians are Hard working people and the majority are "Work-Holiker", which is exacatly needed in the Industrial western countrys and that too young people at 2nd grade of wages. Thereby diskriminating Non-Residents from residents is pre-programmed. Under this situation the work of Special Executive Majistrates Social responsibilities and dealing with the local problems in relation to the IndianCommunities Exclusiveness, within the frame work of Indian Missions boundrys or in special cases, also External, than Missions offices with MoU's understandings with the related Govts.. f.e.g. An Indian dies abroad and the Mission office does not undertake the proper Investigations instead accept the versions given from the Local Govt., thus depriving the rights of the DECEASED for an proper reserch and backgrounds of death. We have innumerable such cases observed in the past. As such Hier the assistance of SEM to Local Indians is of utmost help in protecting their Interest as an NEUTRAL person. Due to the facts within the Missison offices various form of Discriminations are being observed on oneside and to generate Corruption systems on the other side. The SEM is the sollution to serve the Indian Community abroad. As such an independent Person /S, of Non-Govt., to deal with the aspects that, are under the similar conditions to the SEM in India could be considerd for the future of Indians living abroad under the Globalisations activities. The needs arrise where over a thousand Indians live in one Zone of Mission Office, as the visit to mission office involves abroad mostly, a long travelling and cumbersom, specially with childrens or sick persons, Physically handicapped etc as such will save the time to needy persons.and shall thank the Indian Govt. for making it easier to live abroad with the help of 'SEMs services. besides for the Indian community to help and or to assist in Cultural activities or also to protect the Cultural Herritages and other related social problems.
I shall appreciate if this IDEA put in practice out side India (Abroad) both, a the Indian Govt. as welll as Indian Citizens can be benifitted and Indian Community abroad will thank the Indian Govt. for this new way to deal with the social problems.
I look forward to hear in the matter the opinions of Indian Politicians & Answerable Persons to Indians living abroad.
