The statistics shows the Govt. Employees who retire either prior to their Retirement, or People in general at the Age of 60 - 65 due to illhealth, for which the Enviornment is responsible? & or the Food Supplies organised from the Polit Groups Societies? or Due to the lack of Control systems?
 Cry
For them there is no place in the BIG Cities like MUMBAI (BOMBAY), Banglore< DELHI. MADRAS etc. as every piece of open land is pocketed with the help of the authorities and the Polticans Money hungry people Shocked to construct the SKY SCRAPERS, towers etc annulling all Garden Plots, or by illegal occupations with the help of Authorities concerned as they  profit from such persons an extra pay in their pocket directly (BAKSHIS GOVT.)?

As such it is time the SENIORS Com together to defend their Rights of FREE ROADS, FREE GARDENS Extra for SENIORS.

I believe that it is better for the seniors to live outside the stupid cities in a clean environment. And yes there should be a voice for the seniors.

My concern for SENIORS was for all City DWELLERS? as many of them live with HAND in MOUTH, financially unable to take any risks to go elsewher than their own known AREAS, this is not only in MUMBAI, but also in DELHI, Banglore, Hyderabad, Baroda, AHMEDABAD & many other Cities.   As most of the POLITICIAN SENIORS are having their own BUNGLOWS with Transport vehicles they are least interested to this PROBLEMS of SENIORS.  Besides in Thick congested Cities like Mumbai where every vaccant Land converted into a TOWER\ Skyscrapers from the Greedy BUILDERS, Local Politicians & naturally the Authorities concerned as they are the winners of BAKSHISH for providing them the PERMISSION?  without asking the NEIGHBOURHOOD, if such constructions be permited? as per the Norms of DEMOCRACY.  (THIS System & LAW exists in GERMANY for any New Constructions the neighbouring poppulations are requested within the stipulated time to answer or to object to proceed with Constructions If objections are their will be publicly discussed if No conclussion comes out than No permission for constructions thus stopping  Greedy Builders from constructing in a locality where problems  are created)  this is also possible in India provided we all come together?

According my opinion the Issue raised from Mr Bhola of "SENIORS" problem is an age old problem in EUROPE & USA.  But they have well planned it in advance the required Roads, houses for SENIORS with protection of Security etc.  In which we INDIAN are lacking to think of ELDERLY PERSONS & their Humanly needs?.  For eg. after retirement the chances of Earning extra money is not there as No job but the fixed Pension.  Besides til date the Social Problem of Indian Senior Citizens was never taken of great interest to our GREEDY POWER Monger Politicans?
There for All Seniors above the age of 60 should attempt to come together in a forum  as here  for.e.g.  for which we all should contribute & transmit this to others who needs the help?

Reader of this Forum:
I had a view that, all Seniors atleast mentiontheir Emails with the Forum Moderators so that, as & when the list is ready 1st meeting can be clled or cometogether to discuss the matter in deep.  Later as the out come can be seen what kind of possibilities are given to us to deal with this SENIORS PROBLEMS?
Any one who is interested pls. mention in details their Email Address if possible their contact address with Telephone Nrs. in the event of active participations interest so that a plan can be made to deal with the subject

As rightly said C. Ram, that.  we should come together to deal with issue else cannot be left out to our Greedy Politcians who have no respect for the SENIORS?  As such No facilities made til date?  other wise in other UN MEMBER Countries are offered to SENIORS with  a free Telephones, TRANSPORT Facilities, concession to Rly & Air Tickets Visit to Gallerys, Museum etc etc. and many other things.    For whcih we in India not yet ready to part our Social thinking with others?
